Return Policy

  • Damaged bottles of red wine, corked or otherwise, will be accepted for store credit only. Bottles must be returned less than 10 days after purchase.
  • White wine, Champagne, and sparkling wines will not be accepted for return.
  • Accessories & Stemware: There are no returns of corkscrews, glasses, etc.
  • Gift Certificates: There are no cash refunds on gift certificates.
  • All valid returns will receive store credit only.
