Tasting notes
“Kerner” is a grape believed to be related to Traminer (or Gewurztraminer). A phenomenal nose of flowers, honey blossom & spices leads to a clean, crisp yet round citrus/peach style. Would call it dry, but sort of tastes between dry & off-dry. Terrific old vines. Hand picked fruit. Only 800 cases made.

"The 2007 Kerner is a gorgeous white redolent of crisp green apples, spices, mint and flowers. There is superb clarity and definition from start to finish as this beautiful wine opens up in the glass revealing its first-class pedigree. The Kerner is always one of my personal favorites in this line-up, and a bottling I find myself reaching for often at home. This small estate has come on strong in recent years with a number of delicious wines." - Wine Advocate
