This is a truly brilliant wine. Imagine the most perfect steely dry, mineral white with a slight spritz, and there you have it, Picpoul! Try it with seafood instead of a Muscadet or Sauvignon Blanc. It goes with virtually any food and is good on its own. This is the best example that we have found of this rare wine, which is grown and made around the small town of Pinet.
