Technical notes

Spatlese have more concentrated flavors with a little more body than a Kabinett. The fruit flavors will be riper, a higher abv, with a hint of stone fruit. Rheingau is a small but prestigious region in Germany that is made up of modestly steep slopes with protection by the Taunus Hills to the north, providing optimal conditions for ripening grapes.
