The lemongrass itself comes from a certified organic and certified biodynamic farm in California. The liqueur has a lovely sweet lemony quality with the characteristic herbal component making Lemongrass versatile enough to be paired with other fruit flavors or herbs.
Inspired by the lemony sweet Italian drink Limoncello, LOFT liqueurs are made in a similar style from the freshest, most flavorful, as-local-as-possible organic fruits and botanicals available.
