Wine maker notes

The small and delicate grapes of the Albariño variety are characterized by the high quality wines they produce. The small oval seeds of this variety´s grapes have a velvet, buttery feel and are appreciated for the outstanding aromatic intensity they give to Albariño wines. Our vines are of the Vitis vinifera species. We use as a template the 196-17 Castel clone which requires excellent soils for its successful adaptation
