The Cave from Binyamina is from one of Israel's top boutique wineries. It is a Cabernet, Merlot blend and is produced in very limited quantities. This wine is full-bodied, with rich blackberry, ripe plum and cherry flavors highlighted my mild oak notes. Great smoothness on the palate
