Yarden Chardonnay Odem Organic Vineyard was produced entirely from grapes grown in the cool Odem Vineyard, which has been farmed organically since 1998. Barrel fermentation and sur lies aging for seven months helps to produce a beautifully complex wine balancing fruit and floral notes with hints of oak and butter.
