Extremely huge with elements of ripe citrus fruit, green apples, butterscotch, nuts, smoke, wood, vanilla, and a ton of other subtle complexities.

Technical notes

This old-vine cuvee from Pouilly-Fuisse, comes from vines over 50 years old that grow on his chalky, clay soil. The wine sees a combination of new and slightly-used barrels.
